Cheshire Youth Dance News

At Cheshire Dance our Street Dance groups go from strength to strength in Vale Royal and Crewe, and had the opportunity to perform at our popular Community Dance Showcase at The Crewe Lyceum Theatre in May. Each group has the chance to showcase what they have been working on through the year, and it also involves many other groups from the local area.

A group from Crewe performed in the foyer at The Lowry for the Youth Dance England festival in July.

In Ellesmere Port we are in contact with groups who work with hard to reach young people, such as travellers and young mums and have set up successful sessions in both areas.

After school clubs are popular, with Street Dance being the most popular style!

Our youth groups in Vale Royal happen on a weekly basis on Mondays in Frodsham and in Northwich and Winsford on Wednesdays. In Crewe we have a boys group taking place on Thursdays, followed by beginners and intermediate Street dance sessions.
